3. Orders & Shipping

Australia

  • Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post eParcel.
  • Allow 3-7 working days for standard delivery.
  • Express Post is available and guarantees next business day delivery to most metro areas (check Australia Post for eligible locations) however standard processing times need to be taken into account on top of this. If you need the order urgently please reach out to us to enquire if we can ensure an express post delivery can be processed as soon as possible and on the same day. 
  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, floods) or damages during transit.
  • Signature on delivery is recommended; High Sleep Society is not responsible for lost parcels with “authority to leave” instructions.

International

  • A flat rate of AU $25 applies to all international orders.
  • Higher shipping charges may apply for exceptionally bulky or heavy orders.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post Pack & Track.
  • The buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes in their jurisdiction.

4. Payments

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • High Sleep Society offers returns and exchanges. More details including terms of returns & exchanges are available under our Shipping & Returns page. 
  • If an item is faulty or does not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees, a repair, replacement, or refund will be provided.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • High Sleep Society reserves the right to update prices, products, and specifications without notice.
  • All product descriptions and images on this website are for reference only. Variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.
  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from website use, delays, inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
