Delivery – Australia

High Sleep Society delivers Australia-wide via Australia Post. We can deliver to residential addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Standard Shipping – $9.95

Express Shipping – $14.95

Free Standard Shipping on orders $120 and over

Free Express Shipping on orders $200–$500

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Australian warehouse.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.Express Post delivery is typically 1–3 business days within the Australia Post Express network (remote and regional areas may vary).

A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.

If there are delays due to stock availability, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to change, refund, or cancel your order.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

We offer a flat international shipping rate of $25 AUD.

We currently ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery timeframes vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with High Sleep Society. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from markings or damage
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Once received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

Please note: 
Items marked as sale, final sale, or purchased using a discount code of 20% or greater, are not eligible for return (refund) however do qualify for an exchange by way of a store credit or gift card. 

Accessories and Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges must be lodged within 14 days of delivery and must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, a store credit/gift card will be issued to the value of the item (excluding original shipping fees). Store credit may be used immediately or at a later date.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or does not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
